It’s imperative that ALL our residents and tenants fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This also includes residents and tenants that do not own a pet or animal. Pet Policy may vary by property and is dependent upon individual Landlord requirements and their insurance restrictions.
We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process. This quick and easy process ensures we have your pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments, pet/animal history and records, and legal attestation of truthfulness and accuracy on file. This is a required application process for anyone that does NOT own a pet or animal. There is no cost ($) to you for completing the application process
This is a required application process for anyone that owns a household pet. This includes dogs and cats and might include pets that live in cages such as birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes or fish tanks (because of the contained water) so please ask your housing provider for clarification regarding these types of pets
This process provides a HIPAA compliant and secure way of submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal (service animals, emotional support animals, companion animals, etc.) that will be reviewed by a third-party legal review team to ensure the accommodation request meets HUD’s Fair Housing Act guidelines. There is no cost ($0) to you to submit an accommodation request. Please make sure you are aware of your State’s laws, if any, for submitting a fraudulent accommodation request
PET QUALIFICATIONS & RULES
□ Large breeds are classified as over 55 lbs.
Small breeds are 23 lbs. and under. *
□ Large breeds / Small breeds must be over 3 years
of age with current vaccinations and
□ Female cats must be spayed and vaccinations
□ MALE CATS must be neutered and vaccinations

Certain breeds of dogs must be approved by the Owner regardless of age and carry an extra liability policy naming the Landlord and BloomTree Rental Solutions as added insured parties. These breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman and Chow.
CRITERIA DO NOT APPLY TO ANY ASSISTIVE ANIMALS.
Tenants shall ensure that all pet(s) are well behaved and shall not allow the pet(s) to disturb any other residents or neighbors. Tenant to ensure the pet(s) cause no
damage to the property. Tenant agrees the pet(s) shall only be walked on a leash and only in areas so designated by the Owner/Landlord and the Homeowners’
Association, if applicable.
Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages caused by the pet(s) on or in the property or in the community and will indemnify and hold harmless Owner/Landlord/Management for, from and against any and all claims arising
because of the pet(s). Tenant agrees that the pet(s) will be licensed in accordance with all applicable governmental provisions. Owner/Landlord and/or management reserve the right to require Tenant to immediately remove the pet(s) at any time upon any violation of Tenant of these rules.
